Create a body of work to demonstrate your abilities and commitment to your craft.
Two examples come to mind:
- This guy who makes a new spoon every day.
- This guy who designs a movie poster every day.
No amount of fancy marketing words can come close to the powerful visceral impact of such portfolios. Wow!
You don’t have to be a designer, artist, or craftsperson to do this. If you write or think, can you write one blog post (a paragraph or a haiku) a day? If you are a healthcare professional, can you create (and document) one smile a day?
