I came across the following characteristics of a narcissistic organisation on SlideShare.
The first organisation that came to mind as I was perusing this was Apple. Their actions seem to fit a lot, if not all, of the following characteristics (my paraphrasing):

- Exaggerated pride (hubris.)
- Delusion of omnipotence (power without limits.)
- Delusion of omniscience (knows everything; is always right.)
- Dismissive of other organizations, people and information (especially when they contradict its beliefs.)
- Treat others with triumphant contempt.
Apple's recent contemptible attempts to circumvent a court-ordered apology to Samsung illustrates this behavior.
