1. Accept uncertainty.
Embracing change means being OK with uncertainty. Hard though it may be to contend with, we need to accept the fact that there is actually very little that we can control in the world. So we should stop trying so hard!

2. Build resilience.
Another key part is to build up personal and organisational resilience. Learning to trust ourselves regardless of what happens. Learning to flow with prevailing conditions.

3. Learn problem solving.
Problem solving skills can be learnt: assess situations, identify patterns, come up with new ideas and then see those ideas through to execution. Part of this process is the know-how to source and critically vet knowledge and information.
