Perhaps a more realistic approach to humanising business practice is to ask “how can we work with acknowledged human behaviours?”

We know people are driven by greed, and that business is set up right now to be driven by a profit motive. So how do we leverage these “realities” to solve the planet’s wicked problems?

Evolution by stealth is not about overtly changing anyone. No one likes being changed after all! Evolution by stealth is about sneaky ways to get people to change themselves; to do good without realising it.

Is this possible? Or is it at best similar to hiding vegetables in meatballs to fool fussy children?
