Complex problems demand adaptive, thoughtful responses. Because change always involves people, the way we approach change and collaborate with others matters. Effective changemakers draw on their experience, strengths, relational capacity, and creativity. They actively cultivate self-awareness, emotional intelligence, reflective habits, and the resilience to persist through setbacks. They also engage in continual learning.
I work with individuals and groups through co-design, personal/relational development, and capability-building. I use a human-centred, research-supported approach that draws on people’s strengths and creativity to embrace the uncertainties and opportunities of change.

Sustainable and appropriate change grows from three interconnected capacities:
- A collaborative framework to understand problems and find new paths forward amidst uncertainty.
- Reflective and deliberate practice to build emotional and relational capacity, increasing resilience in the face of setbacks and ambiguity.
- Active learning of new skills, methods, and practices that strengthen self-efficacy.
Find out how I can help you improve these capacities.
