I will collaborate with your team and facilitate using the Hybrid Framework to work on your Wicked Problem. This may be improving your systems and processes, interactions and communications, responses to disruptions, or proactive innovation.
The Hybrid Framework uses evidence-based Design and Psychology methods to understand needs, define goals, generate ideas, and test solutions.
My research will explore how individuals experience using the Hybrid Framework, specifically looking at any change to their creative confidence, self-efficacy, resilience, hope, and optimism. This research does not evaluate individual or organisational performance.
