The term “post-PC era” is increasingly being bandied around the media since it was invented by the Magical Apple Marketing Machine.

Even as we increasingly flock glassy-eyed to the shiny, fondle-able tablets; “…fewer and fewer people have the ability to read and write the basic code building blocks of the internet and mobile world.” -- The software creation literacy crisis.

I saw the article above after I tweeted about how the post-PC era (if it were indeed upon us) could mean more passive consumption, and less active creation.
