Does your business send out email newsletters?

When was the last time you checked the newsletter's Unsubscribe function?

If your customers can't unsubscribe from your newsletter, it creates a negative experience for them. Your business is not listening to them, you are not honouring their request.

Furthermore, they may be tempted to hit the Report as Spam button as a last resort. If enough customers start to report your newsletter as spam, it can negatively impact the future deliverability of your newsletter when your domain is added to spam blacklists.

When we are focused on the big complex problems in our business, the smaller details can be forgotten. And yet, cumulatively, it is often the small details that affect the total customer experience.
