Participated in the conceptualization and design of several Augmented Reality (AR) applications to publicise and engage users in F1-related events. Various versions of the AR apps were produced for Web (Flash), iPhone and Android.
Other tasks included client management, translating technical requirements to application designs via wireframes, reading terms and conditions of code libraries, and working with developers to test and finetune the final applications.

The biggest challenge was Apple’s arbitrary (and unknowable) iphone application approval “guidelines”. Working with the client, we produced several different versions of the app in response to Apple’s vague reasons for rejecting each iteration (“too simple”, “too marketing-oriented”, “not sufficiently highlighting the features of the iphone”…) The Android version was use for all public demonstrations.
