Chaotic?
Brainstorming sessions are chaotic.
There’s a lot of discussion where everyone talks about different things. Or only the loudest person talks and everyone is uninterested or too scared to pose contradictions.
I never know if we are heading in the right direction.
Aimless?
Brainstorming sessions are aimless.
Brainstorming sessions are just sitting around with the loudest ones talking. Or where we gather and agree with the boss.
I never know if we are being productive.
Not "outcome"-focused?
How do I know when I have come to the right or correct outcome?
We talk about different things, and argue about which is the best. But nothing usable seems to come out of the session.
