Disinterest: I don’t care about what you need. I’ll help you if I want to and when I am ready. Customers are an annoyance.

Self Interest: How much money can I make off you? Customers exist to enable my success. They should be so lucky to have me serve them.

Balance: I’m here to help you. Within reason. In a equitable win-win manner. Customers are people who need us to help them, and whom we need to stay in business.

Selfless: I will do anything for you and go out of my way to serve you; beyond my designated duties, and at my own expense.

Enmeshed: The customer is on a pedestal. I must always say yes keep them happy. Or the customer’s problem is my personal problem.
