Similarly, individuals and businesses have cultures that are more towards one type or the other. This is probably where the idea of “culture fit” comes in.

Will choosing a business culture that is contrary to the dominant societal culture be a useful way for differentiation? Is it even possible to consciously choose to configure a particular culture? Or is it innate to each individual?
