How do you treat your staff?

They keywords are: Creative and Happy. How often do they come up in management meetings of most businesses?

“Mr Calacanis may have generated more dollars in a shorter time…”

And here in lies the problem, all too many businesses, and the media around business practice, are still focused on how to make as much money as possible as quickly as possible.
