Actions speak loudest - go NRMA

nrma-storm.jpg

NRMA Insurance is running a series of simple TV and radio ads at the moment. All they do is list stats about how many claims they have paid out, and how quickly, in response to recent floods in parts of New South Wales.

Nothing about how much they care about customer service, or how many years they have been in business, or how they are committed to this or that. Just a clear documentation of their actions.

How refreshing. How powerful. Well done NRMA.

NRMA is full of crap! They take the most cost effective track they can. Their advertising is nothing more than self promo - they give no details about the level of satisfaction of customers who have made claims against them. Check the bottom line - I’ll bet NRMA insurance has done no real favours for anyone other than themselves.

Thanks for the fast comment William! I am sorry if NRMA has done bad things by you.

Disclosure - I am not an NRMA customer, nor have I ever done work for them. So I can’t really comment on what they are like. I’d be curious to see their customer satisfaction levels too.

My post was focused only on their ad. It would be great to see the ad was backed up by reality. Compared with the other insurance ads out there, this one stood out to me.
