Stumbled upon in the toy department

Poor Fred was somewhat shop-soiled; which added to the overall unsavouriness of the whole scene.

   it is tragical that Fred has let himself go like this, and that the business management do not seem to have a clue about providing a welcoming environment.

   A long time ago I bred tropical fish as a hobby, and still look at other people’s tanks every now and then. Fred lying there without his bearskin kilt is the equivalent of dead or diseased fish in a petshop tank – it says “I don’t care” to the customer stronger than any words.
