Still very disturbed over the Dragon's Den. I wonder what it will be like for those participants who have successfully "invited" these dragons into their fledgling businesses?

The dragons come with money, controlling shares, egos - ie power. Their primary goal will be to make money. Bottom line returns. The participants will still be about their ideas, their passions, and doing what they love. How will these relationships pan out? Who stands to gain? And at what cost?

These new companies are in a critical stage of growth, where vision and values and direction are critical. How will the influx of these dragons with their yet-unknown values and agendas affect the ability of these companies to remain authentic to their founding roots? Will the ideas cease to flow as "profitability demands" lock them into mere manufacturing?

I pray that things turn out well for the participants.
